Contribute to reducing maternal and infant mortality and morbidity and improving reproductive health through framing protocol and guidelines, in-service training, monitoring and supervising of national sexual and reproductive health services.

Promote the health and well-being of the Cambodian people through better reproductive health, especially maternal and child health.
